A: The YCO Global Solutions service requires a recent version of the JAVA runtime component. Typically, this component is already installed on your computer.

A: YCO Global Solutions takes every precaution to ensure the security and integrity of your files and data. During file transfer your files are passed through a state-of-the-art encryption algorithm provided by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) the most secure digital certificate on the market. Once your files are uploaded to our system (through browser or phone-in), they are stored on a RAID fault-tolerant drive based server which sits in a state-of-the-art data center.
